So had my sleeve done on 8/28/2014.
Everything has been going well and I am down
77 pounds. But for the last 3 weeks I am at 215 and holding going into week 4 with no change. I spoke to my Nut and they increased my calories to 1200. Still walking, going to the gym.....The scale does not move. Starting to feel hungry more frequently now. Anyone else have this happen?

Doing really well with my sleeve. But now having gall bladder issues and surgery 10/14. Have been feeling great and just started doing more than walking. Was really enjoying the gym.
Bummer that I have to have another surgery and go through this
Healing all over again. But what's another few incisions at this point..right? I wish they would have removed it the same time as the sleeve was done and saved me and the insurance company time and money (the insurance did not approve both)

So I am back at work. I feel great, no pain and driving has not been an issue.
So I am blessed for that. Minimal gas pains, but still feel bloated from surgery somewhat. I have been walking about 2.5 miles throughout the day at work and feel that I am well on my way. Here is where I need your help.
Eating. I just started full fluids. And I hear so many ranges of what I need to eat and when and I am afraid I will eat to much, or I am eating to little. I am a very visual (literal) person

Although I feel great, sipping and walking. I am unsure of the proper amount I should be eating/drinking. How much at a time.
I have what i can have and amount of protein and fluids. I don't want to injest to much. Does anyone have an eating schedule they could share.

Well, surgery went so well that I did not even get a drainage port.
I don't have any pain that is not tolerable and could easily be handled with tylenol. Very happy. Minimal gas pains, and only when I drink anything. So I just take it easy. Overall this was not so bad experience. But the key is walking and sipping. But doing great.
