Shannon I am so sorry I was not online for a while, I had a close family death amongst some other things and I am just getting back online. I can tell you that during the death of my family member shortly after I feel into a deep depression and gained over 20lbs and now I have to get back on track. I went from needing to lose a few pounds to lets say a lot more. I did not think I could gain weight the way I did but I stopped walking and just went into my own world. This surgery is still good but you have to remember to try to eat more meals drink much water to remain where you need to be. I actually was sending people to have surgery because they liked the fact that despite I had gained weight I didn't gain a massive amount (but for me it was). If you have any questions write me I am a little slow with getting back but right now I am re-doing my business and planning to expand services to Africa and working on other areas. Started weight training and cardio last week feel great

I had issues with gas they gave me some gas pills they saved me....but the only issue i deal with is constipation which i never dealt with before I dont like taking pills and I have to supplements with iron that my doctor ships to me from Houston which dont help and they are capsules....yuk...but I take them cause I have to and I am now on the B-12 subs....going through Thanksgiving will be really hard cause my family cooks ALOT...poor me....but no pain no gain

Diet wise the liquid diet was my friend I still drink alot of shakes....chicken, veggies,and seafood....I dont like to throw which I did after trying rice and bread

I live in lake charles I have 2 daughters and honestly i didnt need any help after the surgery didnt even take any pain meds...i am doing great thanks for asking

Dejean77 what part of Louisiana are you from. I'm from New Orleans but I live in Houston. My sister is a nurse and she wants we to come home so she can take care of me after my sleeve. Btw. How r u doing?

Mines is more of a anoying disconfort and gas like you would not believe. I am glad i have not been dealing with, any heartburn feeling. Im also wondering when or if this feeling will come to past that anything you swollows feels harsh??!!
