    Today was my six week follow up...and I feel GREAT. If you would have asked me if I would do it again, my answer would have been NO, from about day two thru the end of week 3. However since then I've started working out and lifting, I have tons of energy and a way better outlook on all aspects of my life. I have an amazing support group and it doesn't hurt that I'm down about 30lbs!!
