Protein Shakes ~ Yukk!!

Day 5 of my 2 week pre op diet! The shakes are so hard for me to literally gag down! I'm drinking Bariatric Advantage Orange Cream Cycle and Nectar protein. They're not horrible, it's just the thickness I can't stand.

I'm curious what does your pre op diets look like? How much, how long and what kinds of foods did you eat?
