Congrats on your progress. How are you coming along. At 2.5 years out, I'm finding the hardest part is maintaining but I continue to work hard. I can now eat more at least a small saucer of food. I have to strive to make good choices. I've worked too hard to get to this point. Just sending you words of encouragement. I tell myself that eating the junk food does not make me nearly as happy as being healthy feels.

Glad to hear ur on purees, I'm tired of the liquid diet, it has been hard to get the protein down since I have been drinking it for so long now. Wednesday I go see my doctor so I'm hoping to move on to puress. Keep up the great work!

Well Keisha you will enjoy the sleeve way better than the lap band it will be rough in the beginning but remember it's only training you to become better and in the end you will succeed with results my best wishes go out to you
