It's SO close 4 pounds to go.....I'm trying to keep positive while the scale very slowly moves down. I was hoping to be there by June 8th for my daughters graduation new goal is by 4th of July. I've only lost 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks. Please send positive vibes my way.

I think I'm having acid stomach troubles? For the past week or so anytime my stomach gets empty or like every couple hours I feel starving and then after just a very small amount I'm full and then it starts all over again. I've been on protonix since surgery and have been fine until now. Anyone else have this problem?

Scale finally moving again....that was my longest stall. For those of you experiencing this keep your spirits up you will start losing again.

We'll I've hit it the dreaded stall, it's been going on for about 2 weeks 177.2 is the number. I don't keep track of my calories, protein very well but eat generally the same foods so I check this morning and on average I'm getting 785 cals and 44 proteins. Ive been trying to ramp up my activity and am getting my 10,000 strrps 5 out of 7 days. I just started a strengthen program at the Y to tighten things up. I do SUCK at water so I plan to ramp it up. Any other suggestions getting discoraged?

I'm 2months post op today and getting enough protein and liquid is making me crazy. I got up this morning and vowed today would be the day....failed again.
I got in a scrambled egg for breakfast, a small Wendy's chili for lunch, a palm size portion of a pork chop and 2tabelspoons of mashed potatoes for dinner. As far as liquid goes Im just finishing a 28 oz gatoraid. I did have 8 oz of coffee this am and 8 oz of chia tea this afternoon. I have been full all day with that. ....how do i get
