Just got my Gastic Sleeve done on May 23 at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Livingston NJ.I only had one incision and its in my belly button area. I came home the same day of surgery. My first 2 days home I was nausea , no pain at all. I think the nausea was from the pain meds I was given IV. By day 3 , had no more and I am tolerating my clear liquids good! This is Saturday and the scale shows 12 pounds lost in 5 days since my surgery day. I actually went for a brief walk around the block yesterday and felt great.Going on Tuesday for my follow up appointment. I have no appetite at all, I was able to cook dinner for my family and not even be temped! Will update again.
