I am now day 5 of post op and I am doing pretty good so far! Just getting used to my new found life.

Today is day 8 and I was weighed and I lost 12 pounds on my pre op diet, who knew I could lose that in 7 days! 6 more days until the big day. I am nerves and excited all at once and Monday is my last dat at my work until the 29th of Dec, it's going to be one hell of a vacation, lol.

Patti- excited for us! I am going to mexico- just to save money since my insurance won't pay. I only have to do 3 day liquid diet. I think it is great you have that head start- I am scared I might not be able to do it. hang in there.

Day 7 of my liquid diet and so far so good, I have 7 more days and I will be on the losses bench. I can't wait to start my new healthy life.

Linda, it would be great to have you on my side to help me threw all of this. I loved your video . I don't have one right now. Maybe I will here soon. I have been wanting this surgery for almost a year now and I am almost there. 17 more days!!!

Patti were almost at the same starting weight to. I'm 5'7. (Used to be 5'8 1/2) apparently my phat ass shrunk me. Anyhow, and I'm 45. It's just cool to have a sleeve sister in a relatively close range of where I am.
Let's rock this roller coaster. Woo hoo.
