I read your post about excess skin. For me its been a constant battle to keep it moisturized and I wear compression garments like spanx (I used the cheap ones from walmart that are on clearance) But they seem to hold the skin up so gravity doesnt pull as bad. I keep an album of the skin I have for those who want to know what the excess skin looks like after loosing 260 lbs. I am in the process of having it removed but my insurance will only pay fort he tummy tuck part and i need the one that cuts you all the way around ( I think they called it a lower body lift) but that will cost me $7000 in cash and i dont have that at this point so I am just gonna keep on moisturizing with coconut oil and wearing my compression stuff to hold the skin up. BUt with all that being said I would still have gone through this whole process even if it left me with twice as much excess skin. I have shown it to some of my guy friends and asked their opinion and they say its really not a big deal and my hubby doesnt care that much he s just glad i am healthy now.
