Four weeks have passed,WOW!
I feel awesome! I am allowing my body to go through its natural course of change,such as not allowing gas to escape until I am on the loo.
Had to mention, it's one of those things people discuss post op.

There I said it! Today is 3 weeks post op. I was clock work regular until I went back to work 5 days ago. Yuck! This feels pretty horrible!

So far surgery has been really easy for me!! This is the first hiccup.

I have heard every one talk about diarrhea and constipation, I understand this is a normal part for adaptation.

I have taken miralax once a day for 4 days.

Any other suggestions besides lots of water and excercise?

Hello!
I had my surgery one week ago Nov 3,2014. I originally had lapband surgery in April 2010. Last week the band was removed and gastric sleeve was done. So far everything has been going pretty well! Actually this surgery was a lot easier for me! I am down 10 pounds since surgery. I walked a whole Mile today. Yay! I am pretty happy!!
