I just saw your message, I've been on my fb night &day on the bariatric supportt groups getting all my questions answered.
So yes i have the liquid diet down & ive you tubed a lot of information. This is going to be a miracle for all of us. I hate batteling the scale since high school. I'm 42, mother to 2 beautiful daughters and engaged to get married to an amazingly supportive man.
I will arrive to hotel by 7;30 and I'm eager to meet you. I am coming alone and will be a little scared to surgery and post op, but i know in my heart I will be fine. At my.highest weight i hit#256. I am 5ft 9 and done every diet created. I do loose and then regain with usually an extra 5 or 10pounds. Damn good dutch genes,lol.

I'm currently in school full time, i quit my job of 17 years back in April and realized life is too short to be at a job i hate, in a body that is fat and started on my journey. I guess thet call this a mid life crisis. My kids are raised. And now it's ME time.

When will you arriving to the Holliday inn? I will be driving in from north Texas . It's pretty neat to find someone who will be having surgery same place and same physicians. I am so nervous I feel like I have been given the tools to succeed but feel like I am still not prepared . I am little nervous of not sure what to eat post op. Do you have a plan for post op foods? I am stressing over how I am going to get the water and protein in. I have never had surgery before ? Have you? I am so sorry to be so random lol
Let me tell you little about myself. I am 35 yrs old 205 I have been with my weight since my early twenties . I have lost weight but to regain going back to my old habits . After discharge the plan is to drive to Corpus Christy to visit family for a week with my boys and husband. Looking forward to sharing my journey with you.
