WOW!! It has been a ride but well worth it. I hit my six month mark and feel great. I didn't get the protein I should have and experienced the massive hair loss. I am hoping it will start growing back soon. I just cut my hair shorter to make it look fuller. Haha

Peace on Earth
Forty-six years ago, on Christmas Eve 1968, the entire world listened as three men read from the book of Genesis. Though the words were familiar to many, they held special meaning that night. Ten Ways to Make it a Great Day!
1. Do something for someone else, something unexpected, out of a sincere desire to help, with no expectation of anything in return.
2. Tackle a challenge that has been hanging over your head for a long time.
3. Try something new – a new food, a new route home, a new book, a new store.
4. Enjoy a few moments of quiet solitude. Think about the things in your life that are most important to you.
