    I got on the scale this morning and it said 199.5 pounds. OMG!!!
    I have been under 200 pounds since grade school. Im at work and I have no one to talk to about this,... I just want to sit and cry happy tears....lol

    Congratulations! I am less than a week out so not yet weighing but feel different. I am able to drink normally but still try to sip. I haven't tried any foods or proteins yet. My protein begins on Wednesday. Best wishes on your losing and keep up the good work. How is getting everything in while at work going?
