Measurements

I don't know if anyone else has done this, but it has always helped me. Before every diet I have ever started I take and list all my measurements. Neck, upper arm, bust, waist, hips, and upper thigh.
A couple days before my gastric sleeve, I took and listed all my measurements. I've had a few days when the numbers on the scale have stayed the same. When this happens I check my measurements and am encouraged in my progress of weight loss. Even though the scale hasn't gone down, my
