I am 6ft tall. Currently 34 inch waist pants are baggy, but 32s are a little snug. I do get 32 inch waist in some jeans. I get t shirts that are medium, just bought sweaters that are medium and my new coat is a medium. I do have stubby legs for my height. 32in inseam tends to be a little long, but 30 is too short.

I started off in a 42 inch waist and even some of those were too tight. I had XXL shirts and XL shirts.

Hopefully that helps you understand my size a little better. I feel pretty good at this weight. I would like to drop just a little more, but I would be happy right here.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Rob, just message me as to your goals a little more specifically and I'll go from there. Such as... is it physique, power or explosiveness for athletic performace that you are seeking, a combination of those or something else? No problem and that's one of the reasons I stay on here even though I'm almost 3 years post op.....to give back or help a little.

there is so much to say I just wanted to let you know that I did get your message and I will think about it more.. But it is very important if you can find a buddy in your class I found one in my class and we did our surgery on the same day that has been so encouraging we can support each other through before and definitely after.

My 6 months w/Kaiser wasn't bad. I had to keep on top of it. I dropped the ball, nice you have your support group meetings register for them. Some of the appointments that they give u get started on them. Keeping Track of what I ate got boring. But understand why it's necessary.
