Hi everyone, I guess that day is hear now, this is my 3 month post, and now I am loosing my hair , so between me and my mastiff the floor is full of hair ....., ok can someone tell me does it stops or it just keep going from there, so I have to start looking for wigs.....? I am taking biotin and multivitamin , B12, and zinc, calcium , any other things that I have to do...? Please help, thank you

Hello everyone, in my line of work, some people get us chocolate as appreciation , and now my question is I really don't eat much anyway so is it ok to take a pit of sweets once in a while ...? Or does it have bad affect on the surgery...? Or they say that so we don't go back to our old habits....? I mean I still grave sweet and chocolate and fruits , could someone give me the clinical opinion on it please ...., thank you

Hi everyone, I just want to know if anyone experience the same problem , this is my 4th week in i am only eating puréed food(baby food) only one container a day if I am lucky I tried to add soup with cooked vegetable very soft or just even one bit of checkin and I get heart burn for hours some time just the whole day, so I go back to just water or some shake, I know I am not feeling hungry, but I thought we should try to add some soft food but so far no success, not sure how long I am going to be

It has Ben 21 days after the surgery, I still have hard time getting any protein in my stomach so fare I am still on liquids which just water I drink some shake with dry milk , but it equal to 30 or 40 pro tine not even close to the 80 , but at least I get the water in, does any one know how critical is the protein or not really, I just feel so full not even hungry for any food or shakes
