Welcome to the board and congratulations on your decision to have the gastric sleeve.

I have a few suggestions. For a clear protein, I suggest Protica Profect 50. It is a whopping 50 grams of protein in a 3.2 oz vial Protica - Detail

For a really great tasting protein powder, I suggest Max Protein. You can purchase at GNC or online. SEI Pharmaceuticals

To keep track of your calorie intake and measurements and weight. FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal This is really useful when you think you've stalled on your weight loss. You can look at what you actually measure!

This blog - theworldaccordingtoeggface She posts some great recipe's and suggestions.

I was on clear liquids for a week, full liquids for another week, puree'd foods for a week, soft foods for a week and then slowly moved on to regular foods while still including the previous foods into my daily food intake. Just don't get ahead of yourself. Take small sips and then small bites. Don't be in a big hurry to eat whatever you want.

In the forum check out this section for suggestions: Gastric Sleeve Diet, Recipes, and Nutrition
Keep a positive attitude and you will do great!

Well... My name's Adam and I'm 25 yrs. old. I'm pretty much your normal guy... I love to hang out with my friends, since when I'm with them I'm smiling the whole time :). I love the shit out of all of 'em and care for them like there's no tomorrow... Friends are a real important part of anyone's life... Especially in mine! Last but not least... there's my wonderful fiancÚ Pablo... I really couldn't be happier or gladder than to be with him... He's the type of person that you just want to be with all the time; which is what I'm feeling always!! Everyday my feelings grown stronger and stronger, making him more important with every second that passes by... Over 5 years with him have been amazing, and I wouldn't trade them for anything since this kind of happiness, these wonderful feelings are the ones that I hold dear and important to me... I love him with all my heart and I want to keep it like this always...

I had my surgery on May 31, 2011, and it is definitely a turning point in my life and I am looking forward to becoming a healthier, more active me! :)
