I had surgery July 31st. Currently I am getting between 40-50grams of protein per day but I have noticed I can drink A LOT of water. easily 80oz a day if I let myself. Is that an issue? I know we are supposed to take in 64oz of water but is there such a thing as too much? Can I stretch my sleeve doing that?
PS- I looked in the forums for the answer to this question before typing this and couldn't find it.
Have a great day!
