I was approved for surgery and will be sleeved on Dec 16th!!!! Sooooo excited

hello everyone! so I started drinking whey protein shakes and it makes me kind of sick is anyone else having this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?

Hey guys! so I had my consult to get all my pre-op stuff done when I had my apt she told me that my BMI was 42 so I had a little "wiggle room" with losing weight so I took that as I need to stay about 40 so insurance will cover it..or maybe I misunderstood her? hello everyone, has anyone else kept their surgery a secret. One day down 3 months to go!! In 3 months I should be having my surgery fingers crossed insurance is approved in 3 months however I hope I don't lose too much weight my BMI is 41 and I have to keep it above 40 or they won't approve it because I thankfully don't have any obese related health issues..I'm so excited but getting a little nervous and having a little anxiety because it's becoming a lot more real..I'm so excited to start my new journey just trying to prepare myself for this life change.
