I haven't posted any pic yet so I thought I would. The left pic is 24 lb lighter and the right is post op day 1. It has been a struggle this week wanting to eat ever thing in sight . Maybe it's that time of the month. Lol I have had an issue getting my fluids in. I forget to drink. Does anyone else have the same problem.

I am I month out from my sleeve. I have lost a total of 21 pounds. I never though I could of made it a month out . Let me tell you the first few weeks doing only clear and full liquid I thought I would never make it to solids . It makes a huge difference when you start eating real food . Hang in there if you are thinking you will never make it to the month out .

I wanted to share my 1 week journey with everyone. Wow what a journey so far it has been. I have had regrets and ugly crying episodes . I can honestly say I have no regrets but who nows what the journey will hold. I am in for the ride and the healthy me. I will share my days with you . Hopefully it will help

Hello all
I am 4 days post op and today has been the best day. I thought it would be a great idea to go spend time w family in corpus to relax . So far it's been great. The struggle I have is sitting here a joe crab shack and everyone around me is eating all the appetizers and having drinks . Of course I am still in my clear liquid phase . It's almost like I want to cry because I didn't realize how food was a center of everything we do has a family. So far I have been able to remove myself
