hello ladies =) I live in Beaumont... I had a lap band in 2011 with Dr. Schrapp's unfortunately I did not have success with it.. I am scheduled on Aug 6 for a revision from band to sleeve... since I have no insurance I am having it done in Mexico... hope all is well with everyone and wish everyone the best of luck in their journeys =)

Hello Laura, hope your doing well. I'm taking it easy, I had my sutures removed yesterday & I'm feeling better still trying to learn how my sleeve works. It's very important to get ur protein intake daily and that's my struggle. I've purchased UNJURY protein and I think it will be a lot easier with this to reach my daily protein. Remember to get ur water also. This is a new journey for us and I think we are going to be healthy and happy. Keep in touch.

Hello and welcome to my journey. I've been heavy most of my life and I've wanted to have the sleeve done for awhile now. I finally made the decision to have surgery after I made a unexpected trip to my general doctor and she figured out why I was so tired all the time. It was diabetes Type 1.
