5 Months post op

Went to my dr. for the 4 month post op visit and it went well. He is very happy with my progress and so am I. He and I disagree on my target weight though. I want to lose 80 more and he wants me to focus on 60 more and that is it... we will see. I do need to up my protein intake to combat the hair loss that I am experiencing lately. That is really the only side effect that I am experiencing. Feeling so lucky that everything is going as planned. It is amazing how good I feel and the amount
