Gotta do SOMETHING

I realized about two years ago that I am no longer just responsible for myself. My fiancé and I have been together now for four years and she has three amazing children. About two years ago, she and I knew that we were in this for the long haul. We now have full custody of the kids and we couldn't be happier. However, my health is now not just my concern - its theirs. They may not know it but they rely on me and their mom equally now and that means I need to be healthy!
