Oh, & I drink a couple of low sodium V8 juices a day.

Hmmmm, maybe they use the same X-Ray over and over!!! How would we know! LOL!!

I am the same way and still get Hungary after eating. I did find that sometimes it's just acid, so I chew tums after I eat. A lot of times it's head hunger. All part of the learning curve. Chicken or tuna salad tastes good. String cheese, yogurt, sugar free ice cream and jello. I've had the same thoughts and sometimes have wondered if I even had the surgery. But I have the xrays as proof. You are doing great. Remember it's a tool. Don't forget to drink. Glad you can take normal sips. I could to. Protein too.

I so glad all went well. The food cravings will diminish. Tv does not help. Cravings are bad too. When you brain realizes you can't eat it all, I calms down. I can kind of eat what I want now. I still nervous about stuff like salads so I haven't gone there. I haven't had to much issues with being tired. Try refried beans with some cheese and sour cream.

I'm getting nervous, but I know it's something I have to do to be healthy and happy.

How are you doing? I'm going on the 21st would love to hear your experience with Dr. Curiel.
