    For groups, simply select groups and you'll see "+Join" right beside the title if you haven't joined the group yet. For friends, the area above the user info on the left hand side has an "Add Friend" option if you're not friends yet and it's up to the user on the other end to accept. Congrats on your surgery.     Hello well I'm am 6 day after my surgery and I'm starting to feel a little better now its just mastering the whole way of thinking. I want to eat me feeling and now that this has been done I chose not to do that anymore. But it's not gonna be easy this is gonna be one of the hardest things I every do!

Well yesterday was my first time getting on the scale and I was a bit scard, I believe that Jesus allowed this to happen so fast with the surgery and learning so much more about myself it's crazy at times. At first I couldn't believe I did this to myself and now I know that I can do this with God. Cuz I am completly powerless over my food and my feelings.
