    It went awesomely well! Surgery was at 7:30 AM and I was hoe in my own bed my 11:30 AM. Very little pain at all so far...getting my liquids in and protein drinks too. My mouth was really dry, so I am chewing sugar free gum...works.

    Woo Hoo! This Thursday? Like in 2 Days? You're going to do great! I've posted here and there...just been busy...trying to get everything in place for the big day and the month after! I weaned myself off of caffeine and now am a de-caffer! No more diet soft drinks for about a month...chewing the crap outta my food for the last week or so..that's the weird one for me...I've always been a fast eater...LOL. Odered a bunch of protein drinks and stuff...going to Costco Saturday to buy 20 cases of PropelZero water. Love that stuff! How are you? Excited, nervous, anxious -ALL OF THE ABOVE!

The journey begins...

So, 24 hours after donating the vast majority if my stomach to medical science and I am feeling really, really good. Not much pain at all. Had a little gas in my belly when I got home yesterday and 1 Gas-X Strip took care of that. Liquids are going down good..sip,sip,sip. Had a SF Popsicle last nite...yummy. Drinking a 32 gram protein drink now with some water...chewing SF gum takes care of the dry mouth and throat. Walking around fine and working form home on my computer. Jeez. I am blessed!
