How have you been doing?

Thanks for the welcome. Image many feel an anxious as myself just before surgery. Hoping I can give and receive support to others over the coming months. Thanks again x

My biggest struggle is probably hydration and keeping my emotions in control. I am not healing as fast as I think I should. I am back to work after 7 weeks off it is difficult 8 hours on my feet all day. Very physical work. It's hard to get the sip, sip, sip. I feel weak and constipated. too bad we don't live close. It would be nice to have zomone to turn to (pal around with).

I am doing ok. I have had a lot of set backs and struggles. Both physical and emltional. One day at a time. Are yoj able to get all of your hydrstion in? If so what is your eating and drinking schedule? What do you eat and drink?

So glad to hear you're doing well after surgery... YAY for you! There will be ups, there will be downs, but this is the start of a new chapter in your life. This is about making a fabulous new you! :-)

Sorry for the delayed response. I actually don't remember when I went back, but I think it was a week after my surgery.

I posted some pics too, even though the After is more like a midpoint. It's encouraging though!
