I will be 2 years post op in April 2016. I only lost 60 lbs but I feel so good and my self esteem came back immediately the first year. I was challenged the first year with body pain sooooo bad, hip pain, and leg pain. As a Perused the sites everyone says a stall is normal?
I personally reviewed my intake of various foods and realized I had been eating way to much red meat and bread.....yes Crossiants? any word to the newly wise on what to do to break the stalls..........
Please advise Family....give us a break down this could be very discouraging if we didn't help each other.

Family what do I do? I am stalled. I posted my excitement but I have been stalled for 30 or more days.....Tell me what do I do. I only eat 3-4 bites of food for mainly lunch a dinner, breakfast is coffee or a few bites of cottage cheese, but more bread than usual? working out only 3 times a week, and water? Huuuum not enough I know it.
Please advise what to do on the stalls family??? Help. I have 70 lbs to go.

I had the sleeve also with Dr. Fernando Garcia in Tijuana, Mexico,
I can not say enough great things about him and the staff from Ready 4 A change and the Oasis Hospital. It was incredible experience for me, I am starting my 5th month post op.
