Hello, Yes, I'm being resleeved. I had a Hiatal Hernia repair at the same time as my VSG 09/2012. Lost 60lbs, then got pregnant.
After my baby I couldn't loss ANY weight no matter what I did for almost a year. Went to check on stomach size and was told.
Either it was never done, or he only cut off the very bottom and fixed the Hernia. So I'm eligible for resleeve, just not waiting and doing it
in the States again. I'd rather have Dr. Garcia do it in Mexico for a lot less. Going on March 22, for a 23rd resleeve.

Hi! I just saw your reply on a blog, where you said something about cravings and how you feel like you "don't know anything"
You just sounded so down. Im a year out, I'm no expert on sleeves but I would like to help you if I can, even if for support.
Do you track food and do you know how much calories you take in and burn off? Keep your head up :-)

  4. Hey Sleeve Family,

Well, I am down 56 lbs family. I start my 7th month today, and I have made the most amazing "Spaghetti Squash with homemade turkey and ground beef sauce with onion, bell pepper and seasonings. You guys, it was so incredible. I topped it with real slices of Mozerella Cheese, and baby it was the BOMB!! Only a few bites but man, I do not miss Pasta it taste like Angel Hair Pasta. Go to food.com to boil or bake the squash....One thing I have learned. I still love food. Another thing. I get tired every other day. My body and hips hurt and feet hurt too but not everyday. I purchased expensive good feet tennis shoes and that has helped, but any advice you all can give. I'm drinking more water that seems to help, upped protein and eating more meals seems to pushed the weight loss to more. Thanks for always encouraging me and each other...

by senorita lolita on 01-15-2016 at 03:00 AM
I will be 2 years post op in April 2016. I only lost 60 lbs but I feel so good and my self esteem came back immediately the first year. I was challenged the first year with body pain sooooo bad, hip pain, and leg pain. I worked out trying to swim the first month and pulled a muscle that took me many many months to go to the chiropractor, accupunturist, and got lots of massages. Finally I this year I really am juicing, taking lots of vitamins, supplements, protein drings and black seed oil and

Gastric Sleeve in Tijuana Mexico with Dr. Fernando Garcia - Awesome Experience and Excellent Care- 4 months Post Op

by senorita lolita on 08-26-2014 at 07:11 PM
I had the sleeve also with Dr. Fernando Garcia in Tijuana, Mexico,

I can not say enough great things about him and the staff from Ready 4 A change and the Oasis Hospital. It was incredible experience for me, I am starting my 5th month post op. No major issues, except body aches I hear are common for rapid weight loss, I started working out a month after surgery, and pulled a muscle, been under the care of a chiropractor, and feel so much better, starting to work out and eat a lot
