I figured I would let everyone know how my surgery went and where I am one week post op.

I had my surgery last Tues. 6/17. I'll try to keep it short ...
I got to the hospital signed in and they brought me back about 10 min later. They had me change in to a gown, give them a urine sample (pregnancy test) and get on a bed. Hi All,

Just wanted to say thank you to all of you that replied to my posts. Also to everyone else . This website has been so helpful in getting me through my pre-op journey.

My surgery is in 10 days and it couldn't come sooner! I'm nervous but also hoping everything goes well. This will start my new life.

My pre-op diet starts Tuesday the 10th (7 days before), I'm sure it will be a bit of a struggle BUT I know I can come back here if I need words of encouragement.
