Hi Deb, no worries at all ! Just glad your doing okay and feeling great!!!! I am feeling fantastic too...as of this morning I hit 3st loss since the start of my pre-op liquid diet on the 11th July. Never thought that in under 6 weeks I would lose 3 stone (42lbs) I was 26.2 when I started and today in 23.2, I am absolutely amazed ! Everyone loses their weight at the rate their body wants to let go of it. The heavier you are the quicker it will come off to begin with so mine is still at the stage of falling off fast, you are a lot lower in starting weight than me so to lose 33lbs in that space of time is amazing you are doing absolutely fabulously, well done!!!!! :-D Kristine xx

I was sleeved on the 3rd of Aug , my consultant is really strict so I can't go on proper solids for another 6 weeks !! Those chicken nuggets must of been gorgeous . The reason I asked where you live is because I'm seeing a Phycologist in London in a couple of weeks and I'm meeting Kristine (wannabeslim2014) and was going to ask if you wanted to meet us but I'm guessing it's too far for you . I miss my old life at the minute well the eating bit! Xx

Oh wow that's fantastic I'm so happy for you , I was in the 19s and now nearly in the 16s although not enjoying myself at the mo and feeling really poorly as having trouble with constantly feeling sick, lazy bowels, and feeling lethargic )-: I'm also weaning myself off some strong meds I was on so got withdrawel symptoms . I'm hoping I will start to feel better soon because I expected to have lots more energy than before the op but I haven't . How's the eating going ? Where do you live? I know I've asked befor but I can't remember !!

Congratulations on reaching 'The Sleeved Side' I'm 5 and a half weeks out now and feeling Great! I've been very lucky with my recovery (it was pretty much textbook) I remember Day 3 (cos I felt exhausted and a bit rough.) Every once in a while, I have a day where I feel a bit 'blah' for no obvious reason but I'm back to normal the next day I stalled for a few days when I hit Week 3 (the infamous 'Week 3 Stall') which I hated. Now I realise I just have to trust the process and my new 'super tool' (my sleeve) and just let my body do it's thing. I slept in my recliner for the first 2 weeks (top tip - it really helped!) and concentrated on taking regular tiny sips of water and walking around the house as much as possible, all of which helped a lot. I wish you a speedy recovery. Just know that you'll be feeling better very soon and that it's 100% worth it!
