    I'm eating pho with just the broth and chicken right now.. It's a good solution if you like it

    Don't worry you can have some meat at dinner and that was my saving grace. Pick protein shakes or smoothies that are filling. I'm in this phase right now AND I quit smoking.. So you can totally do this!!
