The last two mornings I have been feeling kind of dizzy and not just right. This morning I started off with a protein shake with skim milk to see if that would help. It still took me about a half a day to start and feel somewhat normal. I ate a couple of smashed up peach slices and that seems to help a lot. I stumbled across this site several weeks ago, it appears to be a great support form. I am scheduled for my sleeve on May 22nd. Very excited and nervous at the same time. This is such a big step! I have research all the good and bad about this procedure and most of the results I have seen are amazing. It just blows my mind that one day soon this could be me. I am going to freak out when I get under the 200lb mark!
