Thinking about doing the sleeve

I am at my heaviest point and I am tired of it.
I have a consultation with a surgeon tomorrow and I know they
Like to recommend the Roux en y but I like the sound of the sleeve better.
Either way I am nervous. Any advice? I have approx 150 pounds to lose
