    Since my surgery on April 16, 2014, I'm down 59#. I hope to be at -60 by my 60 th birthday on September 25 th. Then I'll have to set another goal date. I'm kinda hoping by Christmas to be down another 10-15 lbs. 5# a month. I hope that's reasonable at this point.
