Sometimes when the food does not go down right, it feels better to just let it come out!!!! I have been doing ok for the most part. I am 5 weeks out today and returned to work. On Saturday, we had to go to the studio to record our demo. We stopped at McDonald's before we got on the road. Will the chest beating ever stop? I seem to have to beat on my chest to get a burp out after eating. I often find that I have to take a Gas-X Strip after eating as well. I am hoping that by the time I get back to work I won't need to beat on my chest to relieve the uncomfortable feeling in my chest.
I went to my 10 day followup with my surgeon I am down 11.5 in 10 days!!!! I am looking forward to the pounds continuing to drop. I even was able to buy a vest in a Large although it must run a little big because the designer ones I tried did not fit as well. Overall I am happy with my progress.
One of the things that seem to be a little frustrating is that everyone else seems to be progressing to stages quicker than me and they seem to have more choices than my surgeon gives.
