You still have a wonderful tool. You can start losing again. You just have to eat the right things. Solid, healthy proteins. It will fill you up quickly. Wishing you much success.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to me :-) yes, the 2 month mark is here! (Yay) I admit that I still haven't found my niche yet with my diet. But the weight is coming off...albeit slowly, but coming off nonetheless. I had Caribbean food for the first time in months yesterday and it was the first time I felt really full,and satisfied since the surgery. I had spinach and jerk chicken and about 3 teaspoons of rice and beans. Was sooooo yummy! I'm only losing about 2 pounds a week, but I'm sure it's because I'm not eating enough to get my metabolism going. I could write a book so I'll leave it here, lol.
