Biography:

Hello I was sleeved in May of 2013, I lost fifty five pounds prior to surgery and lost fifty since the surgery..I lose slow and haven't had the right amount of exercise over the winter..I belong to planet fitness and hope this will help as well as swimming this summer..I am 66 and have had issues with weight since I was a young adult..I got to be obsessed with eating as my way of coping with pain, excitement, stress, happy or not feelings..I struggle each day with wanting to eat stuff I can't..I fill up on the foods I can have..I eat salads and drink my shakes, eat my yogurt and do what I am suppose to do but do have times I want stuff..I am good about not being tempted by others..I opt for decaf and don't drink or smoke so I just take it one day at a time..I am here for anyone who needs my support and hope for yours as well.
