    Hey guys I feel great. I have had a little discomfort but I think it is because I am use to sleeping on my stomach and can not while I have my stiches in. But I have been feeling good I have been on the move and started to eat soft foods. It has been great down 23 pounds since pre op diet started on March 30. How are you guys feeling??
