Today is the changing day in my life!

Well it is finally here.... The day I take control back. This past year has been a whirlwind of changes! I started this process exactly one year ago. When my knees had gotten so bad that I was forced to go to the doctor and my visit went as expected. Not only were my knees bad so was my blood pressure. I felt defeated and like a failure. I let FAT control my health and I decided that day that I was going to change. So I called the nutritionist and started my weight loss journey. Education and dedication
