We have a mammoth cyclone hitting the top of Queensland tonight, it's on the other side of Australia from me but very scarey. My thoughts are with all up there xx

Feeling heaps better, made cauliflower and camenbare soup today, was yum, heaps to freeze. Want to start excercise now. Lets get going

Well one I day out of surgery, was tired and sleepy all day. Had my housemates in and then walked them out. The key I think is walking, feel so much better now. Tummy is sore and I have to sip sip sip, but getting there .

Well surgery today, 5 hours till I go into hospital.
My daughter will take me in then she is flying out on the trip of her lifetime. A world plane ticket, first an African safari for 5 weeks, then Ireland, she has a wedding here in November so will probably back then. She is going with her boyfriend.
When she gets back I should look completely different, which will be strange because she has never seen me not big.
Better go, bag to pack, things to do, talk at the other end xxx

Have my anethasis app today, looking at a new apartment right across from the beach, with a pool and sauna on the complex. Spa in my on suite. Then cat Stevens tribute concert. Keeping busy, wish the time would roll on to next Friday. Good morning all from sunny Australia xxx

Ime really excited that in a few months I will be a different person, bit sad I won't b able to eat as much as I used to, I love my food.
I've just had 4 months off with a broken ankle and then an infection, not too worried about the op as I've just had 3 , used to it sadly.
It's an adventure, new life. Excited
Where do you live? Have you got kids?

Funny thing is my husband works for a data entry firm where he enters dates from across the world all the time. I should have known that! Are you excited, nervous for your surgery?
