Hi Kimmi! Most of the time I am happy and positive about it, although yesterday I was a little sad over the thought of not eating at will. But then, where has that gotten me? Yes it medicates my feelings for a short while, but the feelings I have from being super obese and the health issues are certainly not worth a taste of anything! I can hardly wait to have before and after pics like yours!!

Well, everything is going smoothly. I have been getting on the StairMaster for 30 minutes every other day, but I am about to ramp that up and start Walk/Jogging. Hopefully the extra physical activity will help me lose more weight. Anyway, I feel so much better now, than I did a year ago.

I am doing great thank you! I haven't had any trouble, pain or hunger at all which is great! I start my puree's at the weekend, I cant believe its nearly been 2 weeks since my surgery, its gone so quickly! I have lost 32lbs so far - 17 of them were pre op liquids and 16 post op I am very pleased!! How are you doing? xx

Hi Kimmi1981 yes I have my surgery in 10 days - not that I am counting LOL ! thank you for your wishes. I see you have had your surgery in the last 30 ish days, I see we are at a similar starting weight too. how are you getting on? How long did it take you to get back to feeling yourself? Nice to chat to ppl in the UK as the process is so much different to America :-) xx
