ooer you could be asking the wrong person here Carl I haven't got that far yet, though my husband had a bypass last year and wasn't that strict and he was ok. didn't drink or anything during that time but did cheat a bit. it's a massive choice, but he's come out of it off most of his meds and feeling much better.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you , not really nervous but want to get it over and done with. I seem to be spending more time trying to rationalise what I doing pros and cons ect, ,its driving me crazy. I haven't been following the liver shrinkage diet properly , do you think the Dr. will operate , I.m going to do a crash milk only diet for 7 days tomorrow , do you think I will have enough time to shrink my liver
