Surgery scheduled!

I have not been on the site in a very long time, mostly because if I sneak on at work, I end up spending too much time on here, lol. My surgery is scheduled for June 9th. I have gone thru the stress test, ekg...everything is good. I am excited & nervous both. I hope to only be out of work a week, which my NP said is fine as I have a desk job. But I have also read of a lot of people having pain, gas & bowel problems. Since I have IBS to begin with, I am a little worried about that part

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that welcomed me to the site. I have my stress test tomorrow (NOT looking forward to this). After that I have an EKG and 10 more lbs to lose before I can have my surgery. I cannot wait ti not feel hungry all the time and to get back to the real me.
