I'm doing great. Just busting my butt trying to get a promotion. But just now really getting back into working out. Doing boxing again. Lol. I suck.

How's being back in school and teaching going?

I think u look wonderful.My surgery is in Sept and I am excited and scared. The only thing I ever had going for me is a pretty face but finally want the body to but affraid will loose to much and be ugly. Do u think u can really stop weight loss after u reach the goal u want??????

Thanks for asking. Yes - I am doing great. Stalls have been short and the scale keeps going down. Still can't do potatoes but that's okay. Exercise has been inconsistent because of my knee. But I never planned on running a 10k. LOL

How are you? Any food issues? I'm still keeping my diet rather limited.

How do you keep yourself in a positive state with such limitations on what we can eat. I feel like I have put my body through such an extreme change. It is great to have other people to exchange ideas and thoughts with. I should do weekly or even monthly weigh in because I get discouraged if the scale doesn't change. Is your picture a recent one of you? You are very pretty.

Better each day. I just found out my Thyroid medication needs to be adjusted. That is the hard part about taking medications and as we lose weight the constant adjustments. Haha I am stuck at 155. How are you going with your journey??

I'm doing great! Purred and mushed food is going well....except grits which felt like a brick. I even chewed a very small bite of steak tonight and it went down fine. I get worried when I read posts of folks not losing weight. How are you???

Mind if I ask you a question. How do you put all that additional information under your ticker, such as starting weight, day of surgery weight, 2 weeks post op weight, etc. I've tried, but I can't figure that out. Thanks!

Thanks for checking on me. Things are going well. I'm down a total of 28-1/2 pounds from highest weight. No pain, no nausea. Almost feel guilty because it has been so easy for me. But I have to admit that I am an over achiever and go by the doctor's instructions like they were law.

How are you doing? Any issues? Hope things are great.
