Hi to u all, I don't come on there very often mainly because there does not seem to b anyone from the UK like myself here. Well I had a gastric sleeve on the 27th Feb this year and I have lost 7 stone to date, feel so good and so much energy. Hope all of you are having as much success as me, #lovemysleeve

Well today is my 13th day post surgery and I have been to see my surgeon. Got on the scales and I have lost 32lb in a month since the start of my liver shrinkage diet, I am so happy and have so much more energy.

I can hardly believe how well I feel at only day 8, I am looking forward to going to the next level next week I have not liked the clear fluid diet at all but that will soon be over :-) post op appointment next week can't wait to see what my weight loss is to day, yipeeee

I was sleeved a week ago, I have contracted a cold and i am so worried I will damage my sleeve while sneezing! Does anyone know if this can happen?

I am at the start of my journey and to be honest I can't believe how well I feel however I keep getting hunger/cramp pains has anyone else experienced this? I have been having a coffee with half a pint of skimmed milk for breakfast, a cup of home made soup that I purée sieve then water down, I add 2 heaped tsp of sanatogen powder. I have fruit tea, sugar free jelly and water in between. Have another coffee not made with milk or anther cup of soup in the evening with more sanatogen to ensure I am
