Almost 3 wks since my surgery and loving it... I stated going to my gym and I notice that I have more energy and feel good about going, in the past I hated going to the gym, I guess I always felt out of place.

I am would like to know what is the average time for someone to stay out of work after surgical procedure. I work in a busy clinic and when I do return to work i dont want to have any set backs, I also travel an hour each way to and from work. Thank you but I would like to compare with your experience.

Hi so today I decided to clean my food pantry, intead of wasting this food I called a local soup kitchens and they do accept donations.... this makes feel great, so for all of you wishing to donate these organizations are happy to take any non perishable food items. God bless!

I just had my first post of appointment with the nutritionist, turns out that I lost a total of 12 lbs in just one week...This is big for me, I am very happy. I have been having a hard time with taking all my protein, I am doing the Premier Chocolate Shake and don't really like it. I was told that I still need to stay on this liquid diet another 2 full weeks and I would like to know if anyone can recomend a good tasting protein shake.
