OK I think my long plateau is finally over. Lost 2 more pounds in just a few days. Lets hope I dont plateau again anytime soon!

Thank you Marie. I'm doing pretty well. No more pain. Unfortunately, my weight has plateaued for 2 weeks now. Only lost 1/2 lb. I hear its normal though. BTW my daughter is almost 2 1/2.

Try the Special K protein packs you add to water. My sleeve was done May 24, 2011 I can only get two sips down at a time but I'm able to get popsicles down so I have been freezing my proton and making me popsicles seems the only way I can get my proton.

I had my sleeve done Wednesday may 11th 2011. I feel awful still. The meds they gave me for pain won't stay down so I'm dealing with the pain on my own. And I'm completely frustrated with the amour of protein they want you to consume. I can barely get a sip of water down. And even if I could all the protein supplements are awful.
