Well hello all! Back after a long time! well my Gastric Surgeon told me that I would gain about 15 lbs. over the course of 5 years and it is holding true...I have gained back about 10 lbs. I am not happy about that, although I still feel great! Hope your all doing well! Anyone else gain any of their weight back...at a slow rate? but I keep bouncing from 207 to 210, so I am maintaining. I am not too upset, but any ideas how I can alleviate those pesky 10 pounds? Let me know.

Hello all!!!! Well haven't been here for a few months. I have finally plateaued, I am bouncing between 195 and 200 lbs. Constantly up and down! However, never go over that 200 mark! So, I am maintaining pretty well. Love my new body and my new life. It is treating me well and I am feeling great! Hope all my Gastric Sleeve friends are fairing as well as I am. STICK TO THE PROGRAM!!!! That is the secret. Don't divert. Hello all!!!! Well I did it I reached my goal weight of 195 lbs. Actually, I surpassed it, my weight now is 193 lbs. OH MY!!!!! I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale and seen the 193 however, there it was plain as day....I am so very proud of myself, and keep plugging away....2 more months to my 1 year anniversary, and everything has turned out exactly as I hope it would. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!! Let's make 2015 an even better rockin year than 2014! woooohooo!

Well all, it has been a very long time since I last posted...but I wanted to wait until I had some more drastic changes. Well today November 23, 2014 (which so happens to be my 2nd Anniversary with my great husband) I have now lost 121 lbs. as of this morning. I am down to 197 lbs. My husband gave me some great gifts for our Anniversary, he surprised me with Ralph Lauren, Nautica, Perry Ellis, and John Ashford. All size LARGE! I went from a 3 and 4X to a size Large, you can't imagine how good I feel! I just never thought in my wildest dreams that this would happen the way it did. Also, I was blessed to find a full-time job, which I will start tomorrow. Life is so great! Thank you Father God for blessing me with all the good things that you have given me the past two years, from having someone so special enter my life, my weight loss, graduation from college, finding work, and purchasing our new house! You surely have blessed me, and I can't thank you enough....I love you so much Father! I hope that I continue to make you proud of the son you created! Peace out ya'll will check in again soon!

Hi - I haven't been on for months! I'm just seeing your message. As of yesterday, I am down 101 lbs. I am feeling great. Glad to hear you are doing so well. You must be over 100 lbs by now. I hate to complain but it has felt a bit slow to me. I'm running a 5K in a few weeks and I'm running 3x per week so I kind of feel like I should be losing quicker. I am thinking of going back on liquids for a week or two to try to get off of this plateau that I've been on. But, overall, it's been great for just over 7 months. I just posted some before and after pics as well.

Hello all my Gastric Sleeve friends!!! Well today was another weigh in, and I must report that I have lost another 10 lbs. over a course of 30 days. So since I originally met my Gastric Sleeve Surgeon, I have lost a total 109 lbs. since October 2013. However, since my surgery in February 2014, I have lost a total of 103 lbs. I am so proud of myself, I am 20 lbs. away from my goal. I surpassed my original goal of 218 lbs. so I am well on my way. I am so proud of myself and I feel great!!!! Don't know why I waited so long to get this done!!!! With a little perseverance and determination I believe we can accomplish anything...keep up the good work ya'll!!!!! PEACE OUT!

Hello all Gastric Sleeve friends!!! Well today was another weigh in, and I must report that I have lost another 7 lbs. in one week! This means since I went to see my Doc the first time in October 2013, I have lost a total of 99 lbs. Since my surgery in February 2014, I have lost a total of 93 lbs. Lord knows, I didn't think it would ever happen, but I can't tell you how happy I am that it did! To all my friends, I must apologize! I don't get on here much, and I see many of you sent some really kind and encouraging words. Well I am doing great!!!! my weigh in this morning was 238.6 lbs. I have lost a total of 86 pounds since I began my bariatric journey...I am going to post finally some before and after pics, if I haven't already.....I can't remember, but anyway....I like to brag! hahahahahahahahaha! anyway...thanks again, and again I apologize for taking so long to get back to you all...BIG HUGS! and keep up the good work! Wow you look great. What a difference in the two pics. My face has gotten thinner, a lot thinner. It's kinda funny to look at myself in the mirror. I have taken some before and after pictures but they are for myself at this point. I have gone from a size 24 ( my starting size) to a size 20. Women's clothes sizes are a little miss leading. They don't measure like a mans. Anyway, once I get down to 200 pounds then I will post pics.
