7 more days till surgery!!!
7 days on liquids wowza I do know that I need to get a scale 6 and a half days to go! I can do this! I really feel like my life is worth while I feel like a little kid waiting for my birthday party, I have arthritis in my knee sure hope this helps. I know I let myself get like this and then could not exercise because of my knee and weight I just felt like I didnt care any more and was tired I am sorry for what I did to my self, I am and emotional eater I hope knowing the facts about my self will

I will survive as long as I have this forum I know I'll stay alive. I will survive so excited can't wait till my surgery date to arrive haven't felt this good emotionally in a long long time I can't wait to tie my own shoes !!! Thank you beautiful people I feel alive.
